I’m a so-so artist and lover of tea. When I’m not making lists or dabbling in arts and crafts, I’m at my computer screen laser-focused on empowering my clients to be kind to themselves.
I am passionate about normalizing freedom from the restriction and stress of dieting. I know that every body is beautiful and worthy of respect.
I am all about simple exercises, baby steps, and doing what is realistic and helpful when it comes to working on your anxiety and relationships. And if I hear a red flag, you’ll know about it!
